If you removed the device from your list of devices, there is nothing else you can do. The Apple ID does not keep an archive of all of your devices you have associated with the ID, except as I indicated in iTunes backups. See this about locating that information in iTunes. If you created a backup of the device in iTunes, you might be able to find it in iTunes if it wasn't written over. Open iTunes, go to Edit>Preferences>Devices, take a look at the backup list. If it is there and you hover the mouse pointer over it, you will get the serial number and a little bit more information about the device.
